Jacob and the Raven King

Suitable for 8-11 year olds…….. but adults love it too!

Duration 50mins

A bad school report caused Jacob’s Mum to action BOOT CAMP – a digital cleanse by the sea with Auntie Krysta and no wi-fi! Jacob was at 100% boredom level without his computer games, but all changed one night when he lifted a hag stone to his eye. Jacob travels back in time to medieval Pevensey Castle where the King has descended into a deep lament after the mysterious death of his beloved white raven. The kingdom is in trouble. The king is paralysed with grief and suspicion, but Jacob’s encounter with a travelling harper brings the magic that they have all been searching for.

And what the big kids have to say…..

It was spellbinding! Wonderful performance
Emerson College première

I thoroughly enjoyed it! Loved the imagination and musicality of the performance; it was well timed and pitched for our kids age group. Catherine, Cub leader, The 9th Bexhill Scout Group. Kids aged 8-11

Sharon is a brilliant entertainer and introducing the children to the harp is a stroke of genius. Bexhill Music Festival event sponsored by Bexhill Library.
